Development Appraisals

This is an initial assessment of a site ‘s  potential and the level of appropriate re – development.

Assessment of site constraints and applicable planning policies to determine appropriate development potential.    This will provide adequate information to enable an initial appraisal of project feasibility.

Design

We have a strong design focus approach and by listening  and interpreting our clients brief ,we are able to create individual designs.

Initial Design Consultation

We conduct a free initial consultation with the client to understand their objectives and development requirements from which a design brief can be developed. 

Renovation and Refurbishment

With our strong design focus, we are able to visualize, reconfigure and update existing spaces to meet modern living styles.

Advise and design on extensions that optimise space and function as well as complimenting the existing building.

Pre-Application Advice

Depending on the complexity of a site and its constraints, we advise the submission of a pre-application to the Local Authority. This help assess and gain the relevant Local Authority’s advice which in turn informs the detailed design and the appropriate level of redevelopment that might be acceptable to the Local Authority when a full planning application is submitted.

Planning

Following on from the detailed design and clients approval,  liaising with the various consultants, submit planning application, monitoring and carrying out any negotiations with the Local Authority that might be required during the planning process.
